How do I pay for the booking?


Payment for the accommodation booking must be made to Check-in-London by the due date as stated in the booking confirmation and all payment must be made in GBP sterling unless otherwise stated. 

We will always work with you to establish a payment method that suits you. Arrangements can be made for part of the invoice amount to be paid upfront and the remaining amount to be paid closer to the arrival date of the occupancy.

For longer bookings, payment can often be made in instalments, e.g. on a monthly basis.

Credit & Debit Cards
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Virtual Credit Cards.

Car payments


Payments using Flywire
Flywire allows you to pay in your local currency via major cards or bank transfer.
For payments made via Flywire, the payment processor will levy a 0.5% charge on refunds.



Bank Transfer
We accept bank transfer payments in the following currencies:
GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, SGD, KWD, HKD, AED, CHF

If payment is made by bank transfer (international or otherwise) you will be liable for any bank charges incurred and any difference in price due to exchange rates.

Card Sharing
A convenient solution for companies wishing to use one card for multiple bookings.
The corporate card is stored within our secure client portal and only shared with authorised team members who can complete their booking without the need to repeatedly input payment details.

Check-in Credit Account
We offer regular bookers credit facilities that provide a consolidated invoicing solution for multiple booking requirements.
The benefits of this payment method includes a less admin time and a single HMRC-approved VAT invoice for easier VAT reclaims (where applicable).
