Serviced apartments may or may not have a washing machine within the apartment. 

You may have access to washing machine and a drying rack or a washer dryer which is a combined unit for washing and dryer which will be located in the kitchen or within a utility cupboard in the apartment.

Where laundry facilities are not provided within the apartment, a guest laundry room will be available on site, with either free-to-use or pay-as-you-go laundry machines.
