When will I get my refund?
If you’re eligible for a refund, you’ll get it paid back to the original method of payment you used to make the booking within 7 days.
We'll process your refund as soon as you cancel, but your bank or credit card issuer may take longer to get it to you.
Please note:For payments made via Flywire, the payment processor will levy a 0.5% charge on refunds.
