What is comfort cooling?

There is another type of temperature control system that is called 'comfort-cooling' in serviced apartments in London and UK which is similar to air-conditioning but is controlled centrally within the building and maintained at an optimum indoor temperature (around 20 degrees usually) for all occupants.

There are no controls to change the temperature from within your apartment.
