Some serviced apartments offer the option to add extra beds in certain room types (usually not in studios due to limited space). 

Extra beds may be in the form of a double or single sofa bed or a rollaway bed. Subject to availability.

There may be additional charges per night or per week to add an extra bed with bed linen in the apartment.
